Frequency Asked Questions
We track your scoring using your Gamertag and Platform ID... this is NOT your ActivisionID.
Repeat, this is NOT your ActivisionID.
Upon entering a Tournament, you will be asked to provide your Platform, Gamertag, and Team (if a team event).
Your profile settings need to allow your Gamertag to be searchable by EVERYONE and your Game Play Data needs to be accessible by EVERYONE.
NOTE: These are NOT the default settings for your Activision account, so you'll need to set these to Public. Click here for specific instructions.
Pay close attention to the message displayed on when attempting to complete your entry.
- It may indicate your profile is set to Private. If this is the case, then click here for specific instructions.
- Or, it may indicate your Player ID is invalid. If this is the case, then you are most likely entering your ActivisionID, which will not work in our system. You'll need to use the Gamertag associated with your platform (e.g., Playstation, Xbox, PC/Battle.net). In order to remove the guess work, go on over to COD Tracker to figure out what works.
Are you sure you completed your entry? If you haven't yet submitted your gamertag and platform, then you probably haven't. Check your inbox for more info... Or, go to your Accounts page and click on the Tournament you entered.
If you're sure you have completed your entry, then please be patient. There is an inherent lag getting the data and processing the matches. If it still doesn't show your score after 2 hours or so, send an email to support@youfreakingnoob.com.
One of three things could be happening:
- Your teammate has not entered the tournament, yet
- Your teammate did not complete their entry to the tournament (entering gamertag, platform, team name)
- Your teammate misspelled the team name (have them check the leaderboard which will show the team name they entered)
If there was a misspelled team name, contact support[@]youfreakingnoob.com with the gamertags of all teammates and the correct team name.
